One lucky winner will receive a brand new, high-efficiency Trane™ air conditioning and heating system. This complete system giveaway also includes free expert installation by Northwind Air Conditioning’s highly skilled, and factory trained technicians.

Prize winner will be chosen at random after the submission deadline has ended (September 30, 2025), must meet “offer terms and eligibility restrictions” listed below, and must provide valid contact information.

The prize winner will be announced on October 6, 2025.

After the prize winner is announced, the installation date will be coordinated with the prize winner to be completed by November 21, 2025.

The “Complete System Giveaway” (the “contest”) is sponsored by Northwind Air Conditioning, Heating, & Mechanical Services, Inc., 5921 Thomas Rd. Houston, TX 77041(the “sponsor”).

• Eligible entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must own residence and show proof of ownership where new system will be installed.
• Residence must be within Northwind Air Conditioning’s (Sponsor) service area territory (Harris County, TX) as solely determined by the sponsor of this giveaway.
• Replacement of ductwork is not included.
• No purchase of any kind is necessary and making a purchase will not increase chances of winning.

Equipment will be limited up to a 16 SEER (XR Series) Single Stage, non-communicating product. Prize includes installation by Northwind Air Conditioning, Heating & Mechanical Services, Inc.
