We plan to replace our old AC system at home which caused issues each year. I contacted few companies to do the estimation, and I found Northwind through Trane’s website and google reviews. I called Northwind, and Randy (the manager) was very nice to show up in the evening at the same day I called. He is very professional and knowledgeable to check our systems and gave us some useful new information. Although the price he offered us is not low, we decided to hire Northwind for new AC systems based on many facts while meeting with Randy and good reputation for Trane systems. We are looking forward to have new AC installed later this week that I may have another update based on the installation process.
