My air conditioner of 14 years finally cratered. It was making a horrible noise with stuff clanking against one another and I was afraid the friction might start a fire. I called Norhwind on a Friday night around 5 to ask if someone could come and check it out. They got to my house at 10 o’clock and stayed to 11 pm. checking everything out thoroughly. I did need a new ac unit and they had the new one in by the next day at 1:30;
Their employees are extremely professional and courteous. He took pictures to show me the damage and explained what had happened. Northwind is a great company who really takes care of their customers even when it is not normal hours. Thank you for your wonderful service, Sandy
