Randy Burke and his team came to my house to replace my AC coil and condenser after Chris did an initial inspection. The customer service was outstanding. The installers Juan and Jaime worked hard all day and were respectful of my home. They made sure to clean up any debris and were very polite.
Randy spent time explaining all the issues and how they would fix them. The work was efficient and very satisfactory.
Chris did the initial and final inspection and advised me on what system to purchase. He too was helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable.
I can’t say enough good things about Northwind AC. I trust this company, especially after getting outrageous quotes from several others. The price was right, the workmanship was excellent, and the customer service outstanding. I highly recommend this crew and company.
