New A/C system installed (and cooling) as promised! After another company had identified a problem and quoted replacement costs with very little information, Randy came to give me a second opinion. He arrived on time, was courteous and informative. I now know more about my A/C system than I did before. 🙂 The techs worked hard on installation day and were very courteous and cleaned up when they were finished. Northwind delivered a quality product and followed through with return calls and answering questions.
