I have consistently had a great experience with Northwind. The owner takes personal pride in the quality of the workmanship of his technicians and they consistently demonstrate really strong expertise. I changed out a couple of fairly large complete units with associated replacement of old ducting and the result was 110% to my satisfaction. Just recently I replaced a third unit and again the standard of workmanship was excellent. Randy Burke provided supervision to both projects and did a first rate job. I can highly recommend this company.
