Have been using Northwind for biannual system checkups for years and have always been very happy with the service techs who have come out and the job they performed but Nicholas, who performed the last service check, set the bar at a new level. Besides being polite, professional, on time, etc. he took the time to explain in detail his findings and answer all of my questions. Six stars if possible to Northwind and Nicholas.
