Northwind was recommended by a friend and I had 2 other AC companies bit the job. What was different was that the individual that came out to assess our needs was a master AC person (Randy) not just a sales person. He also knew about the sacrificial zinc system that is needed when you live on a body of water to prevent corrosion on your outside units. The 2 guys that came out to install your units worked very hard and long days to get everything done in the 2 days promised and they even went the extra mile redirecting a sprinkler system so it would not be spraying on our new units. Randy was excellent and his follow up the week after to explain the operation of the thermostat was very appreciated. I highly recommend this company and especially Randy.
