As others have mentioned, Randy and team deserve top marks. In the interest of full disclosure, I received multiple bids and Northwind wasn’t the cheapest. However, they did their part to get close enough and I knew from the beginning that I wanted to see them get the job due to their professionalism, expertise, workmanship, and follow through. Being in sales myself, I appreciate the commitment toward earning the business, and more importantly, the drive to exceed expectations. Northwind, from my perspective, is simply in another league in that regard. My advice to anyone looking for a whole system replacement is to ask questions, educate yourself on options (get bids, compare scope of work, etc.), and then ask yourself who is bringing the best value to your family. After that process, the decision couldn’t have clearer for us. Thanks again to the entire team!
