We have used Northwind AC for installation, maintenance and repair of our two HVAC systems. The staff is great. We have worked with Chris, Tim, Alex, Jose and believe that if these guys can’t solve your problem, no one can. They have diagnosed issues with expansion values, clogged drain lines, and low functioning capacitors. We really appreciate Thomas from their Sales department. He stays involved even after you buy a system from him. He has been back to see us when we have repair issues. The receptionist is also courteous and professional. If you have an emergency, they will respond immediately. We highly recommend this team.
