Our a/c was making a very loud noise, so we called Northwind to come and inspect. Nicholas came out and informed us that we needed to replace the condenser and coil. Nicholas was very informative and knowledgeable. I did not get the feeling that I was being taken advantage of. The replacement was scheduled for two days later. Randy and his crew were on time and very professional. They were very conscientious and covered my stairs and carpeting. They did a fantastic job replacing the unit and cleaning up. The next day Randy came back to make sure the unit was cooling correctly. Randy was very nice, professional and knowledgeable about what was being done and gave me tips on maintenance.

I will definitely call them for all of my future a/c needs!

It has been six month’s since they replaced my a/c; however, myfurnace was not replaced at that time. My heater was not working, so I called them out to inspect it. Randy came out and inspected my unit, showing me pictures of problems with my furnace and duct work! He informed me that my system needed to be replaced and that my other furnace would need to be replaced shortly. Randy gave me a great price for replacing my a/c system and an additional furnace, along with adding additional vents. The workers showed up promptly on the day that they said they would show up. It took them all day to complete the job and they were extremely professional, nice, respectful. They covered my stairs before bringing everything in and cleaned up everything after! I am very pleased with they work and will definitely call them in the future!
