Northwind AC just replaced the evaporator coil on one of my AC units. I was very pleased with their diagnosis of the problem and their professional and courteous service. They even tried to help me determine whether the part was under warranty . Ultimately, the warranty had expired but I appreciated their honesty and integrity regarding the possibility that the parts and labor might be under warranty. The replacement was done very quickly and our AC was back up and running within a couple of hours. Customer service was fabulous! Would definitely recommend to friends and will be using them for all AC needs in the future.
