My wife and I recently had one of our two 3-ton A/C units replaced. The Northwind’s team took the time to do a thorough inspection of our house in order to provide us with three different system options to fit our needs. They did a phenomenal job explaining the pros and cons to the different systems and we couldn’t be happier with how our new Trane system is operating! It’s made a night and day difference upstairs based upon the new system, new duct work and additional return vents added for proper air flow. I would highly recommend the Northwind’s team! They will be our go-to for everything HVAC-related going forward for sure.
