Jeff Johnson came out to my house this afternoon for a scheduled quote on fixing my AC. Northwind Air Conditioning is the third company I’ve had come out to do a quote, and Jeff was the ONLY person that took his time, and explained to me exactly what was going on in depth. When I was having a hard time understanding all of the terminology, he was patient and understanding and even though my dogs were barking and my house was 91 degrees inside, he sat down and explained all the different components and processes Northwind would do to repair my AC without appearing frustrated or impatient.
As a new homeowner with little to no experience with home repairs, Jeff was the only person who has treated me like a person and not just a customer on the list. His great customer service went above and beyond, and his straightforward atttitude made me feel extremely confident that I knew what I was dealing with.
I would 100% reccomend Northwind Air Conditioning. Save yourself the time and frustration and call these people first. Seriously. I wish that I had!
