I purchased and had installed a new AC Condenser. Fantastic and professional service from start to finish. Bridgette provided the most understandable (and affordable) estimate and answered all my questions. Jeff and Daniel ensured the installation went smoothly. Daniel Sherman has to be one of the best HVAC Engineers in Houston TX. He knows his stuff. I’m extremely happy 😊 that hopefully 3rd time is the charm. Northwind A/C and Heating has some.excellent employees working for  them. The first day, Marcus (Ray) Soto LOL inside joke. He was such a pleasure and joy chitchatting with him and feeling well taken care of. Unfortunately, we had to call them back a Second and third time visit until we got it right.  If you ever get Mr. Daniel Sherman to visit your home and service your A/C and Heat,  you are getting a jewel. He is the icing on the cake. Mr. Sherman has a great attitude and professional spirit about his job and all the years he has dedicated to this field. Spoke with some lovely ladies, Mattie and a few of them. However, Angela new customer service agent really could use some more training on her behavior and manners. Being much nicer over the phone and better respectable to the customers can truly help her a long way with her job.
